The first marriage has been with life, I received a certificate and a name, Blessed are they both by a solemn priest And the impassive hand of an official. The second marriage was with you, Also, with deeds and faith in divinity, I thought it was for life long, too. But our hearts were beating at a different pace. I admit I've had connections before, With the sea, with the mountain and the phenomena of nature, Life was not jealous of these weaknesses And we're waiting to catch the platinum wedding. The last marriage will be with death, That certificate that puts an end to my relationship, It should be celebrated just as beautifully, With multicoloured flowers and festive smiles.
